Teambuilding Course

Introduction:
The use of challenge related education and training in Strategic Outdoor Leadership Thinking Skill Development programs have increased dramatically in the past decade.

Program Description:
Teambuilding Course is designed to explore the concept of team dynamics for organizations to get maximum resul ts from their people. Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

Methodology
Teambuilding Course is a combination of indoor and outdoor sessions, mini lectures, games, video presentation, group & individual challenges.

He studied at several university in Malaysia such as UITM, UPM as well as UK. He is currently teaching the university and working student in UPM as a part time lecturer. He has got more than 10 years in conducting training programmes especially in Teambuilding and Soft Skill programmes. He has been dealing with government and private sectors for more than 10 years. He has also conducted Leadership and Teambuilding school programme.

Muardi Abdul Rahim has extensive experience in the field of operations performance improvement particularly in Food & Beverage Service and Customer Service. He is not only an excellent and resourceful trainer in Hospitality Service, he is also skilled in management and leadership of organization. He graduated with a Diploma In Hotel and Catering Management from UiTM Shah Alam Selangor in 1991.

Muardi started his career as a Cook in PJ Hilton and within three months he was confirmed and promoted as a Ist Cook. After that he gradually moved to upper position as Demi Chef, Sales Executive to Residences Hotels and Resort (M), Head Waiter, Restaurant Manager for Sands, Safron Mediterranean Restaurant in Tanjung Rhu Resort 5 star deluxe Hotel, Food & Beverage Manager for Waverly Hospitality Management.

This experience has given him a thorough understanding of the opportunities and problems involved with managing work and people.

He experienced to be a personalize service to Tun Mahathir Mohammad, Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, YAB Dato’ Sri NaJib Tun Razak and all the Malaysian Cabinet Ministers inclusive Duli Yg Maha Mulia Sultan Mizan in every Events conducted in Putrajaya International Convention Center in Putrajaya. He was personally given a trust by Telecommunication Minister of Qatar to serve The Prince of Qatar in Tanjung Rhu Resort Langkawi.

Since 2007, he holds a position as Operation & Training Manager (Food & Beverage and Tourism Sector) to Eden Inc. Bhd. He also conducted the the Customer Service Training to Underwater World Langkawi, CITRA University Malaya, ACCA Young Leadership Training.
Participants receive enhance benefits and impactful results from his training programmes because of his vast industrial exposure in various areas. He empowers people to increase their limits, level of commitment, higher level of performance of the individual, team and the organization in achieving organizational goals.
